Submit a Retreat Inquiry. Dan will personally connect with you to answer questions, discuss your playing background and confirm that the retreat is an appropriate fit.

SECURE YOUR PLACE
Once your participation has been confirmed, a $1,000 per-person deposit secures your place.
No payment is required to submit a retreat inquiry.
CANCELLATIONS
CLEAR & SIMPLE
MORE THAN 90 DAYS BEFORE THE RETREAT
The $1,000 per-person deposit is refundable for cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat start date. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, less any transaction fees incurred.
BEGINNING 90 DAYS BEFORE THE RETREAT
Beginning 90 days before the retreat start date, all payments—including the deposit and final balance—are non-refundable. At this stage, our commitments to resorts, coaches, and destinations are finalized.
Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, personal emergencies, or travel delays. For this reason, we strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
IF WE CANCEL A RETREAT
In the unlikely event that Racquet & Paddle must cancel a retreat for any reason, guests will receive a 100% refund of all retreat payments made directly to Racquet & Paddle.
Please note that Racquet & Paddle is not responsible for any expenses incurred by guests in preparation for a cancelled retreat, including non-refundable airfare, visa fees, or other travel arrangements.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
$1,000 PER-PERSON DEPOSIT
A deposit of $1,000 per person is required to secure your place on a retreat. Please note that submitting a retreat inquiry does not reserve a place; reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and confirmation of playing level compatibility.
FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining retreat balance is due 90 days before the retreat start date. Retreat balance payments become non-refundable beginning 90 days before the retreat begins.

PLAYING LEVEL MATTERS
The quality of your on-court experience depends on being grouped with players of similar ability. We carefully curate each retreat to ensure compatible playing levels among all participants.
HIGH INTERMEDIATE — ADVANCED
NTRP 3.5–4.5     DUPR 3.5- 4.5
Most Racquet & Paddle retreats are designed for players in the NTRP and DUPR 3.5–4.5 range. However, we do offer select retreats specifically curated for novice and intermediate players looking to accelerate their growth.Â
Dan will personally discuss your playing background and rating with you before a reservation is accepted. If you are unsure of your rating, we will help you determine the appropriate fit during our initial conversation.

TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND
Travel Insurance is Strongly Recommended
Beginning 90 days before your retreat, all retreat payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Coverage should include trip cancellation, trip interruption, and medical expenses. Guests are responsible for their airfare and other independent travel arrangements.
